Graduate in law at the Universidad de La Habana in 1982, and Scientific degree of doctor of legal sciences obtained with the theme "The enterprise as legal person", in 1990 at the same university. Bachelor in law of approval to be valid in Spain, in 1995. Graduated at the school of legal practice of the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Spain, in 1996. Approval the Spanish title of PhD in law in Spain, 1998.
