Description
On February 12th, 1991, the American Association of Psychiatric Services for Children presented the Outstanding Individual Contributor Award for the mental health of children and their families to Elaine Bloom. The award was presented at the AAPSC 42nd Annual Conference in Miami Beach, Florida, in recognition of exemplary service through leadership in the Florida House of Representatives as Chairperson of the Health Care Committee and outstanding and innovative contributions to children in health and education.
