Description

Elaine Bloom served in the Florida House of Representatives as a legislator from the 100th district from 1974 to 1978; when she went back to the House in March of 1986, she served continuously for district 104th and 106th until November of 2000.

During this interview she talks about her early life, her marriage with Philip, moving to Miami, Florida in the 60s, and the Tallahassee and the state legislature process.
