Description

Elaine Bloom served in the Florida House of Representatives as a legislator from the 100th district from 1974 to 1978; when she went back to the House in March of 1986, she served continuously for district 104th and 106th until November of 2000.

During this interview she talks about her career on radio, volunteer projects, leadership women, Democratic National Convention, her husband Philip, and her awards.
