General Note

Vases in white terra cotta stoneware sponged blue-green and black oxides; one vase with classical oval gilded medallion of three figures between gilded satyrs; the other with an oval gilded medallion with two figures; decorated with satyr's head handles on lid and body; removable lid with gilded top; gilded leaf decoration at bottom of foot; wasted foot set atop a square black basalt plinth.
