Due Diligence on Corporate Acquisition
Research focuses on corporate law issues with special emphasis on the clue diligence process, mainly oriented on the process through which a potential purchaser evaluates a target company or its assets for an acquisition.
Luis Hernán Vizioli graduated from his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the School of Law and Social Sciences of Buenos Aires University (Argentina), in 1991. He finished his Master of Law degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana - Champaign, in 1994. Between 1995 and 1996, took courses in Venture Capital and Corporate Finance at New York University, NY, USA. In 2000 he attended a seminar on Negotiation at Harvard University, MA, USA, he finished postgraduate studies in Telecommunications Law at Buenos Aires University in 2001.
Has been admitted to the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires in Argentina since 1992, and in the State of New York, NY, USA, since 1997.
