On May 6th, 1991, Elaine Bloom, Delegation Chair of Dade County Legislative presented Judge Eugene D. Spellman with a Certificate of Recognition. The Dade County members of the Florida Senate and the Florida House of Representatives expressed their appreciation for Judge Spellman's contributions as a jurist and humanitarian to Dade County and the State of Florida.
