On April 24th, 1996, the National Council of Jewish Women presented Representative Elaine Bloom with the Legislative Award for inspiring Jewish values, improving the quality of life for women, children and families, ensuring individual rights and liberties. The award was presented by the NCJW National President, Nan Rich, the Chair of Florida State Public Affairs, Nancy Kipnis, the Co-Vice Chair of Florida State Public Affairs, Elaine J. Schwartz, the Co-Vice Chair of Florida State Public Affairs, Stacy J. Ritter, and the Co-Vice Chair of Florida State Public Affairs, Cindy Lerner.
