Professor Srividhya Ragavan, of University of Oklahoma College of Law, presented a working draft of her work Correlative Obligation in Patent Law. This work examines outlines how it is easier to clearly define the limits of the monopoly rights in the context of the public benefit end of patent law and by default, the patent system.

From University of Oklahoma College of Law, Professor Srividhya Ragavan teaches patent law, intellectual property law, trademarks law, international intellectual property seminar and the law of contracts. Her scholarship focuses on the interplay between international trade law and intellectual property issues with a developmental perspective. Her work emphasizes issues that affect developing nations from embracing the trade regime.
