FIU Law Review proudly presents the Separation of Powers symposium. View the event live at 9:00 a.m. EST on March 11, 2016.
This Symposium is organized by Professor Elizabeth Price Foley in collaboration with the FIU Law Review. Professor David Bernstein will present the keynote address, which will be followed by a panel discussion of vertical separation of powers featuring Professors Ronald Rotunda, Lee Strang, and Brannon Denning and a second panel discussion of horizontal separation of powers featuring Professors Jonathan Adler, Michael Ramsey, and Josh Blackman.
