This Symposium is organized by Professor Elizabeth Price Foley in collaboration with the FIU Law Review. Professor David Bernstein will present the keynote address, which will be followed by a panel discussion of vertical separation of powers featuring Professors Ronald Rotunda, Lee Strang, and Brannon Denning and a second panel discussion of horizontal separation of powers featuring Professors Jonathan Adler, Michael Ramsey, and Josh Blackman.
