The Aviation and Space Law Symposium hosted by FIU Law Review took place on February 20, 2015 at the Florida International University College of Law in Miami, Florida. You can watch the event recording below.
The full-day conference examined issues impacting aviation and space law. In conjunction with this event, the FIU Law Review will publish a special interdisciplinary issue of its journal that provides a forum for discourse between scholars and practitioners to discuss emerging issues in the field of aviation and space law.
Speakers from around the world – Canada, Europe, Latin America, and the United States – will addressed topics ranging from emerging aviation technology, intellectual property, national security, accident litigation, airline deregulation, airline labor and employment, international aviation operations, commercial space laws and policy, and unmanned aerial vehicles.
