Description
The plaque was presented with great esteem by the Metropolitan Dade County Association of Fire Fighters, Local 1403, to Representative Elaine Bloom as a friend of the firefighter and the firefighter's cause. Moreover, for her appreciated assistance in helping to obtain their goal of updating the manpower of the Dade County Fire Department.
