Description
In June 1992, the Florida House of Representatives presented Elaine Bloom, Chair of the Committee on Health Care from 1990-1992, with an award for providing the Health Care Committee with her leadership and support. Her perseverance and diplomacy brought many diverse interests together for a common good. The strength presented by Elaine Bloom increased the effectiveness of the committee and team spirit.
