Description
On November 8th, 1995, the Holocaust Documentation and Education Center, Inc. presented Representative Elaine Bloom with an award for responding through action and working to teach the lessons of the Holocaust. Representative Bloom alerted the youth to the dangers of prejudice and in turn, helped preserve the legacy of remembrance for future generations.
