On Monday, June 6th, 1994, the Holocaust Documentation and Education Center, Inc. honored Representative Elaine for her tremendous efforts and devotion; ultimately, ensuring the passage of the Holocaust Education Bill, thereby providing all Florida students with the unique opportunity to learn and understand the universal implications and ramifications of the lessons of the Holocaust.
