Description

Research in the legal area of Religious Liberty. Her thesis is about the persons and entities entitled to the right of religious liberty under Peruvian Law ("Sujetos de Derecho de Libertad Religiosa en el Ordenamiento Jurídico Peruano"). Other areas of investigation are Constitutional Law, Human Rights Law, and Ecclesiastical Law of the State. Part of her research consists in the investigation of other legal systems with respect to the right of religious liberty, as a comparative study to the Peruvian legal framework.

She is a current PhD Candidate at Universidad Internacional de la Rioja, in Spain, where she obtained her Master in Canonical Marriage Law in 2016. She got her Master of Arts in Theology, Concentration in Moral Theology, Summa Cum Laude, at the Holy Apostles College and Seminary, Connecticut, United States in 2014. Master in Education, Concentration in Family Council at Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Instituto Universitario Villanueva), Spain, Escuela de Capacitación Pedagógica, Perú. Master in International Relations, Concentration in Public International Law, Graduate Institute of International Studies, University of Geneva, Switzerland. Her lawyer's degree is from Universidad Católica Andres Bello, Caracas, Venezuela.
