Elaine Bloom was the recipient of various accolades throughout her life. Award for Assistance to the Dade County Fire Department
The plaque was presented with great esteem by the Metropolitan Dade County Association of Fire Fighters, Local 1403, to Representative Elaine Bloom as a friend of the firefighter and the firefighter's cause.
