Elaine Bloom was the recipient of various accolades throughout her life. In 1996, the Florida Attractions Association, acknowledged the honorable Elaine Bloom, of the Florida House of Representatives, as the Florida Attractions Industry Champion. On November 8th, 1995, the Holocaust Documentation and Education Center, Inc. presented Representative Elaine Bloom with an award for responding through action and working to teach the lessons of the Holocaust.
